China and India's border issue gets a formal working group

During the 15th rounds of talks between special representatives of India and China on the border situation, the two countries have signed the Establishment of a Working Mechanism on Consultation and Coordination on India-China Border Affairs. The representatives also discussed other bilateral, regional, and global issues, noting the importance of high-level exchanges and increased cooperation.
